From the initial consultation to the final plan, which provided actionable recommendations, Steve displayed professionalism and expertise in all aspects of our project. Steve tailored our mitigation plan, identifying key areas of improvement such as: ingress & egress challenges, fire fuel reduction along roadways, updating our architectural design guidelines to include Home Ignition Zones, modeling water demand for fire fighting, and expected fire spread/chain lengths throughout the community based on various topography and vegetation types present.
